Air Cylinder Disassembly:
1. Remove the E-ring (APP-9102) from the lower piston rod (PAT-PH-5009). Lift the
sleeve (APP-9109) up and remove the two connectors (APP-9096).
2. Remove the three upper hex nuts (F-HN-05F) from the tie rods (PAT-PH-3206).
Pull the upper end cap (PAT-PH-4212) off the cylinder (PAT-PH-4203) and upper
piston rod (PAT-PH-5008).
3. Slide cylinder (PAT-PH-4203) off of piston (VPH-4251)
4. Slide the piston assembly up from the lower end cap (PAT-PH-4204).
5. Remove snap ring (MPH-3261) holding the bushing (VHP-4254) into the end
cap.
6. Push the bushing (VPH-4254) out of the end cap.
7. Repeat procedures 5 and 6 (above) for both the upper and lower end caps
8. Replace all O-rings and coat with brown grease (08465). Coat the inside of the
cylinder, piston rods and piston rod bushing with brown grease (08465).
NOTE: The air motor can be removed from the unit for repair or the
following procedures can be performed while the motor is mounted in place
