OPERATING THE MDX-M5 OR KX-M5

Press INPUT repeatedly to select the desired
source.

Play the source.

Press VOLUME +/– to adjust the volume to the
desired level.
Note
• You can switch to the desired source directly from another
source by pressing MD 3 or TAPE 2 / 3 .
To operate the MDX-M5 or KX-M5
with the remote control transmitter of
the unit
You can operate the MDX-M5 or KX-M5 using the
remote control transmitter of the unit. The buttons that
can be used are:
Listening to the
MDX-M5 or KX-M5
When you listen to the MDX-M5 or KX-M5, you must
first make the connections as shown in “Connecting
other components” on page 5. For details, refer to the
instructions supplied with the MDX-M5 or KX-M5.
