Compressor motor operates for long periods.

This is normal. Allow 48–120 hours for the unit to reach the set
temperature when first installed.
The cooling unit will run often due to its gentle
cooling operation.
Operation of the fan is normal, due to the large volume
of interior space that must be cooled.
