To stop the engine in an emergency,
pull the clip out of the emergency
stop switch by pulling the lanyard.
We suggest that you stop the engine
this way occasionally to verify that
the emergency stop switch is
operating properly.
Turn the ignition switch key to the
OFF position after verifying the
emergency stop switch operation.
Move the throttle grip to the
slowest speed and gearshift lever
or control lever to N (neutral)
