You may see error messages on the camera or on your
computer screen.

BATTERIES
DEPLETED
Camera is
shutting down
Battery power is
too low to
continue
operation.
Replace or recharge
batteries, or use an
optional HP AC adapter.
Battery low
Battery power is
low and the
camera will shut
down soon.
Either recharge or replace
the batteries.
Batteries are too
low for Live View
Battery power is
too low to use
Live View

Take pictures with the
viewfinder microdisplay
instead of the Image
