Assemble elevator tubes (38) to ratchet
(28) and backboard brackets (29) using
bolts (36), spacers (17, 20, and 23), and
nuts (39) as shown. Tighten completely.

IMPORTANT!
Test fit bolts into
holes of backboard
brackets (29) and
carefully rock them
in a circular motion
to ream out paint
from holes if
necessary.
