Your Horizon Fitness recumbent bike is designed to be reliable and maintenance free. However, if you
do experience problems with your recumbent bike, please reference the troubleshooting guide listed
below.
PROBLEM: There is no display on the console.
SOLUTION:
Replace the batteries located on the back side of the console and confirm they are prop-
erly installed.
PROBLEM: The recumbent bike makes a squeaking or chirping noise.
SOLUTION:
Loosen all bolts attached during the assembly process, grease the threads and tighten
again.
PROBLEM: The resistance levels seem to be incorrect, seeming too hard or too easy.
SOLUTION:
Confirm proper installation of tension knob, making sure the tension cable is tight.
