Troubleshooting

There is no sound.

The connection cords are not properly

connected.
The connection cords are damaged.

Replace with new ones.
The audio setting is not set appropriately.

Slow motion / step mode is on.

If connected via optical or coaxial digital

cable, check if the settings in the Audio
