Attach board assembly to pole with carriage
bolts (16) and knobs (11) as shown. Install pole
cap (7) as shown.
Place assembled unit in desired location. Fill tank completely with water (14 gallons / 53
liters) or sand (approx. 170 lb./77 kg) and snap tank cap (9) in place.
ADD ONE GALLON (3.78
LITERS) OF NON-TOXIC
ANTIFREEZE IN SUB-
FREEZING CLIMATES.
