This appliance must be grounded. If
it should malfunction or bre a k d o w n ,
g rounding provides a path of least
resistance for electrical current to re d u c e
the risk of electric shock. This appliance is
equipped with a cord having an equip-
m e n t - g rounding conductor (C) and
g rounding plug (A). The plug must be
plugged into an appropriate outlet (B) that
is properly installed and grounded in
a c c o rdance with all local codes and ord i-
n a n c e s .
