1. Unplug oven and allow to cool.
2. Wash oven rack and baking pan in
hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
3. To clean the crumb tray, slide out
and wipe crumb tray with a damp
cloth. Slide back into position.
Cleaning Your Toaster Oven
For best performance and long life, clean toaster oven regularly.

4. To clean the outside of the oven,
wipe with a damp cloth. Do not
use abrasive cleansers. Do not clean
with metal scouring pads.
NOTE: Select models are continuous
self-clean. Cleaning the interior oven
walls is not necessary on those
models.
Recipes
Baked Potatoes
2 medium baking potatoes, about 10-ounces (285 g) each
Wash potatoes then pierce skin with a fork. Place potatoes on baking pan and
place in 425ºF (220ºC) oven. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Do not wrap in alu-
minum foil as this may increase cooking times.
Roast Chicken
To roast a whole chicken in the oven, it must be 4 pounds or smaller. Roast chicken
at 350ºF (180ºC) for 2

hours or to an internal temperature of 180ºF (82ºC).
Hot Mexican Bean Dip
2 15-ounce cans black beans, well drained
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

cup sour cream
1 ⁄

cup salsa
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Mash black beans. Add hot pepper sauce, sour cream, salsa, and half of the
cheese. Spoon into shallow 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on
top. Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) about 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla
chips. Makes 8 appetizer servings.
Minute Muffins
1 cup self-rising flour
1 ⁄

cup milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
Stir together ingredients. Spoon into greased 6 cup muffin pan. Bake at 450°F
(230ºC) for 12 minutes or until done.
