7.) Insert the tip of the anchor into each hole and use a hammer to tap the anchors
all the way in until they are flush with the wall surface.
8.) Insert the screw into the anchor and tighten the screw until it touches the collar
on the anchor. This causes the anchor to spread inside the wall and locks the
anchor in place.
9.) Loosen the screw until there is a gap about 1/8" between the screw head and
the wall.
