Front and side components
To identify the components on the front and side of the monitor, use this illustration and table.

Camera microphones
Allow you to participate in a video conference.

Camera light
On: The camera is in use.

Camera
Allows you to video chat, record video, and record still images. The camera module only
functions with the following connections:

HDMI or DisplayPort cable plus a USB Type-C to a USB Type-C cable
or
●
HDMI or DisplayPort cable plus a USB Type-C (connected to the monitor) to a USB
Type-A cable
NOTE:
The camera does not function when a USB Type-A cable is connected to
the monitor.
or
●
A USB Type-C cable to a USB Type-C cable
NOTE:
The camera does not function when connected only to an HDMI or DisplayPort
cable.

Camera privacy cover
By default, the camera lens is uncovered, but you can slide the camera privacy cover
to block the camera's view. To use the camera, slide the camera privacy cover in the
opposite direction to reveal the lens.

OSD buttons
(assignable)
When the OSD menu is open, press the buttons to navigate through the menu. The

Power button
Turns the monitor on or off.
NOTE:
Be sure that the master power switch on the monitor is in the On position to
turn on the monitor.
