2. Installation
Step 1. Mounting Bracket
Fasten 4 screws to daisy-chain with the VIP-6040PT.
(Supports up to 6 expansions [VIP-EXT-40], with 240 multi-
functional keys)

Step 2. Connecting RJ-45 Cable
Connect the VIP-EXT-40 main port to the VIP-6040PT PC
port.

Step 3. Extending Module
Fasten 4 screws to daisy-chain each other and connect ext.
port with the next module’s main port via RJ-45 cable.
To fix the VIP-EXT-40 and the VIP-6040PT or fix two
VIP-EXT-40s, please follow the picture below.

Hook-type wall mount must be on the top.
