To replace your PureAdvantage

TM

water

filter:

It is not necessary to turn the water supply off
to change the filter. Be ready to wipe up any
small amounts of water released during the filter
replacement.

1 Turn Off the ice maker power switch.

2 Push the filter release button below the

cartridge to disconnect it.

3 Slide the old water filter cartridge straight out

of the housing and discard it.

4 Unpackage the new filter cartridge and slide

it gently into the filter housing until it stops
against the snap-in connector at the back of
the housing.

5 Push firmly until the cartridge snaps

into place (you should hear a click as the
cartridge engages the snap-in connector).

When fully engaged, the front of the filter
cartridge should be flush with the filter
release button.
