- appliance must be warm +/-65°.
- scrape off any solid residue with the help of a spatula or scraper.
- moisten the cooking surface with vinegar and cold water.
- rub the cooking surface with the help of a scouring sponge and a bit of soap.
- sponge down and rinse with the help of the same scouring sponge.
- once the surface is clean, dry with a paper towel.

Clean it regularly with a damp cloth on which you may spray a little of a product
intended for glass-cleaning.
Do not clean the equipment with a pressure or steam cleaner, since you risk
creating a short-circuit !
Any maintenance on your equipment should be undertaken by:
- either your dealer,
- or another qualified mechanic who is an authorized agent for the brand
appliances.
When making an appointment, state the full reference of your equipment (model,
type and serial number). This information appears on the manufacturer's
nameplate attached to your equipment.
