h Use Temporary User Name and Password: Select this radio button for
a temporary user name and password. This will manually prompt for the
user name and password.
h Use Saved User Name Password: Select this radio button if the user
name and password will be saved in this profile.
h User Name: Enter the user name for the certificate authority.
h Password: Enter the password that corresponds with the user name for
the certificate authority.
h Confirm Password: Re-type the password.
Click on the OK button to return to the previous window
