Taking into use
• Before taking the appliance into use, check that
all listed items are present and that there are no
visible damages on/to them.
• Remove all packaging materials and stickers from
the appliance.
• Before the first usage thoroughly clean all com-
ponent parts as described in the section „Cleaning
and care“.
• Place the appliance on a flat and clean surface.
• Secure the appliance to the surface with the four
suction discs.
• Remove the power cable from the cable storage
compartment l .
• Insert the plug into the power socket.
Note: You can store the dough hook q , the
beaters w , the whisk e , as well as the grating
disc i , shredding disc o and the cutting disc
s in the accessory holder t .
Risk of an electric shock!
If you want to attach the accessory holder t to the
wall with the supplied attachment material, before
drilling ensure that no current-carrying wires, cables
or pipes are in the wall at the desired location!
• Mark the drill holes on the wall with the aid of
the accessory holder t .
• Drill holes in the wall at the previously marked
points with a 6 mm drill.
• Slide the wallplugs into them.
• Insert the screws into the plugs such that there is
still enough space between the wall and the
screw heads that you can place the accessory
holder
t onto the screws.
• Place the accessory holder t on the screws
and press it down so that the accessory holder
t is seated firmly on the screws.
Operating positions
Important: Only operate the appliance when
accessories are attached and in the operating
positions shown in this table. NEVER operate the
appliance without ingredients.
Working with kneading hooks,
beaters and whisks
Note: The appliance may only be used
when the drive openings not being utilised are
covered with drive protection lids.
To prepare the appliance for work with kneading
hooks
