Defect

Possible cause

Rectiﬁ cation

No sound.

The volume control
of the player or the
speaker is set to mini-
mum volume.

Turn the volume up on
the playback device
or the speaker.

Playback device or
speaker not switched on.

Ensure that all devices
are switched on.

The 3.5 mm jackplug
is not fully inserted
into the socket of the
playback device

Push the 3.5 mm
jackplug completely
into the
socket.

The battery of the
speaker is discharged
(operating LED

illuminated in red or oﬀ ).

Charge the battery
with the charging
cable

(see also

chapter Charging
the battery).
