towards "0".
4. To turn the appliance off, turn the
temperature regulator
5
one notch
anticlockwise towards "0".
5. Remove the plug from the mains socket
after use. This is the only way to ensure
that the machine is completely free of
current.
5.3 Preparing the raclette
1. Fill the raclette pans
7
with your chosen
ingredients.
Caution!
Do not overfill the pans
7
,
otherwise the ingredients could be too
thick and could burn.
2. Put the raclette pans
7
on the grill in the
recesses.
3. Remove the raclette pans
7
from the
appliance as soon as the ingredients are
cooked.
4. Slide the contents of the raclette pan
7
onto a plate using the wooden spatula
8
and enjoy.
Note:
As the raclette pans 7 have an
anti-stick coating, they do not require
oiling before each use.
5.4 Grilling with the grill pan
The grill plate 2 is for grilling meat,
sausages, fruit and vegetables.
5.5 Grilling with the stone grill plate
Notes:
• If you have already lightly oiled the
stone grill plate 1 (see section 5.1 on
page 7), do not use any additional fat or
oil when using the stone grill plate 1 for
grilling.
• As the stone grill plate 1 gets very hot
and retains a lot of heat, it is well suited
to meat.
• The stone grill plate 1 is especially well
suited to steaks, fried meats, sausages,
gammon and poultry.
• The stone grill plate 1 may change
colour slightly over time. This will not
effect the performance.
• The stone grill plate 1 takes some time to
become hot enough. You can shorten
this time by preheating the stone grill
plate in the oven.
Warning!
The preheated stone grill
plate 1 is hot. Therefore, take care
not to burn yourself on it. Use oven
gloves or cloths to touch it.
1. Place food to be grilled on the stone grill
plate 1.
2. Turn the meat once depending on how
you like it cooked and let it cook
through.
Note:
Meat should only be turned once.
Constant turning can lead to dry, tough results.
5.6 Tips and hints
