according to Directive 2006 / 66 / EC. Re-
turn batteries and / or the device via the re-
cyclingservicesoffered.
Environmental Damage
Through Incorrect Disposal of
Batteries!
Batteries must not be disposed of in house-
hold waste. They may contain toxic heavy
metals and are subject to requirements on
the treatment and disposal of hazardous
waste. The chemical symbols of the heavy
metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg =
mercury, Pb = lead. Therefore, return used
batteries to the appropriate local collection
point.
