Inserting / replacing batteries
(see diagram)
¾ Remove the battery cartridge

out of the product
by turning the base / battery compartment cap

anti-clockwise and pulling the battery cartridge

out.
¾ Insert three 1.5 V / AA batteries.
Note: Ensure correct polarity. This is indicated on
the battery cartridge

¾ Insert the battery cartridge

back into the product
and turn the base / battery compartment cap

clockwise onto the product.

Switching on / off, choosing

¾ Press the ON / OFF button

to switch the LED
lamp

on.
¾ Press the ON / OFF button

again. The
SOS-flashing function will now start.
