only with the supplied
plug-in mains adapter.
Failure to comply with this
instruction will invalidate

Disposal
The packaging and
ancillary packing
consist entirely of
environmentally-friendly
materials. They can be disposed
of at your local recycling facility.
The symbol of the
wheelie bin with the
line through it means
that, in the European Union, the
product has to be disposed of in
a separate refuse collection. This
applies to the product and to all
j Mark the two mounting
holes a distance of approx.
432 mm apart.
j Now drill the mounting
holes (ø approx. 6 mm,
depth approx. 30 mm).
CAUTION! Make sure that
you do not damage any
electrical cables during this
operation.
j Insert the supplied dowels 10
into the drilled holes. Insert
the supplied screws 11 into
the dowels and tighten them.
Let them project a distance
of about 1.3 mm from the
wall or mounting surface.
j Attach the light to the
screws 11 using the
appropriate wall mounting
holes 5 .
j Plug the connection cable
with mains plug 7 into the
socket for the connection
cable 2 .
j Plug the connection cable
with mains plug 7 into the
mains socket. Your light is
now ready for operation.
Extensions
j Note: Ensure that no more
than 3 under-unit lights of
the same type (Z31065B-BS)
are connected together in
series. Install each
additional light at a
distance of approx. 15 cm
as described.
j Remove the protective cap
4 by unscrewing the screw.
Connect the two under-unit
lights to the socket 2 using
the extension lead 8 . Then
you only need one connec-
tion lead 7 for the power
supply.

j First screw only one of the
mounting rails 9 in the pre-
drilled positions with the
supplied screws 12 .
j Place the under cabinet light
flat on the mounting surface
and push it onto the
mounting rail 9 up to the
stop in the slot 6 (see Fig.
C).
j Push the second mounting
rail 9 into the slot 6 on
the under cabinet light so
that the drilled hole is visible.
Tighten the screw in this
position (see Fig. D).
j Now push the under cabinet
light a little to the right. Both
mounting rails 9 should
now be firmly positioned
(see Fig. E). Check that the
under cabinet light is fitted
securely.
j Plug the connecting lead 7
into the socket 2 .
j Plug the mains plug of the
connecting lead 7 into a
socket. Your under cabinet
light is now ready for
operation.

to improve accuracy.

light is now ready for
operation.
Note: Only use the lamp
with the mains adapter it
was delivered with (LPS03-
120-0250-3). Damage due
to use of a different adapter
is not covered by the
guarantee.

j Use the mounting rails 9
(see also Fig. B) and the
screws 12 for under cabinet
installation.
j Measure the space for
installation of the light. Use a
spirit level to position it
correctly.
Mark where you wish to
drill and pre-drill the holes.
j Mark the distance of 533 mm
for the two fixing holes. Drill
the holes: ø approx. 2 mm,
approx. 10 mm deep.
Note: The supplied screws
are for standard installation
under wall cabinets and are
you do not strike electrical
cables, gas or water pipes
when you are drilling into
the wall. If necessary, check
the wall using a suitable
detector before you drill.
J RISK OF
INJURY FROM
BURNS! Ensure
the lamp has been switched
off and allowed to cool before
you touch it. In this way you
will avoid the danger of burns.
Bulbs give off a lot of heat
around the top of the lamp.
J Do not use this light for
dimmers or electronic
switches. It is not suitable
for these purposes.
Working safely
J Install the lamp so that it is
protected from moisture,
wind and dirt.
J Make careful preparations
for the assembly and take
sufficient time. Clearly lay
out all components and any
additional tools or materials
that might be required so
that they are readily to hand.
J Remain alert at all times and
always watch what you are
doing. Always proceed with
caution and do not
assemble the lamp if you
cannot concentrate or feel
unwell.
