Storage

• Always store the gas container in an upright position, nev-

er lying on its side and keep in a well ventilated place and
not below ground level (e.g. in a cellar).

• Store the lavastone gas grill in a dry and dust-free state.
• Cover the grill with a tarp.
• Before using the grill for the next time, check all parts and if

applicable, tighten the screws.

Troubleshooting

The following advice should help you to solve problems. If this
does not work, please contact the service centre of the com-
pany Tepro (see chapter “Distributor”).

tainer. Check the gas supply

Replace the gas container with
a full one.

Open the gas valve of the gas
container.

The burner doesn’t
develop any power.

Clean the burner (see the
section “Maintenance and
cleaning”).

Disposal

The packaging is made of ecologically friendly materials
that you can dispose of at local recycling depots. Do not
in any case dispose of the grill in your normal household

garbage!

Dispose of the grill using an authorised disposal service
or a waste disposal facility in your community. Observe
the regulations currently in effect. If in doubt, contact the

disposal facility in your area.

Note on the declaration of conformity

This product complies with valid European and national guide-
lines. This is confirmed by the CE mark (corresponding explana-
tions can be obtained from the manufacturer).

Warranty

You have purchased a high-quality grill. In its warranty condi-
tions, TEPRO GARTEN GmbH offers a 36 (thirty six) month
warranty on all parts covering defects and processing defects
from the date of purchase for normal, leisure use of a non-com-
mercial nature.
The warranty does not cover any wearable parts such as grates
and burners. All other costs such as labour, transport, freight
and packaging will be carried by the buyer in the event of a war-
ranty claim.
The distributor reserves the right to choose between assuming
any incurred costs itself or charging the buyer for them.
This warranty does not cover failure or user difficulties brought
about by wilful damage, abuse, modification, improper or care-
less use, wear, incorrect assembly or improper maintenance.

Service

Please consult the service in case of technical questions. This
product has been carefully manufactured and packaged. Should
there nevertheless be a reason for complaint, our staff members
will be happy to give you further assistance.
You can reach us personally under the service number provided
below. Subject to technical changes and possible printing er-
rors.
