Set the ON / OFF switch 13 to “ON” in order to switch the
lamp 7 on in dark environment.

Set the ON / OFF switch 13 to “OFF” to switch the lamp 7 off.
nOtE: The lamp does not charge in off position.

care and maintenance
The light-emitting diodes are non-replaceable.
The solar-powered light is maintenance-free, apart from the need
to replace the rechargeable batteries.

Replace the rechargeable battery when the burn time distinctly
diminishes after a while despite good incoming solar radiation.
Only use rechargeable batteries of the same size and the rec-
ommended type (see section on “Technical data”).

Clean the solar-powered light with a dry, lint-free cloth at regu-
lar intervals. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the product if it
is more severely soiled.

On no account should you use corrosive detergents.

trouble-shooting
nOtE: This appliance has delicate electronic components.
This means that if it is placed near an object that transmits radio sig-
nals, it could cause interference. This could be, for example, mobile
telephones, walkie talkies, CB radios, remote controls and micro-
waves. If the display indicates a problem, move such objects away
from it.
