11. INSTALLING THE LIGHT FIXTURE
1. Remove the plastic plug from the center of
the switch housing. Attach the light fixture to
the switch housing by feeding the light fixture
wires (black & white) through the hole in the
center of the switch housing, then screw the
light fixture stem into the center hole. On the
inside of the switch housing, place a lock
washer and a nut on the light fixture stem and
tighten. (Fig.16)
2. Locate the white and blue wires inside the
switch housing labeled FOR LIGHT.
Attach the wires from the light fixture to the
wires inside the switch housing by pushing
the polarized connections together. (Fig.16)
- White wire to White wire
- Black wire to Blue wire
3. While holding the light fixture/switch
housing assembly under your ceiling fan, push
the square wire connectors together. One
from the fan and one from the switch housing.

NOTE: These connectors are color coded and
will ONLY engage when the colored strips are
matched (aligned).
4. Carefully push all the wires into the switch
housing on the light fixture/switch housing
assembly.
Attach the light fixture/switch housing
assembly to the mounting plate with the three
screws provided. Make sure each screw is
tight. (Fig. 17)
