In the event of technical faults, please first check whether you can remedy the
problem yourself with the help of the operating instructions (Chapter “What to do
if…”).
If you were not able to remedy the problem yourself, please contact your local
service centre.
In order to be able to assist you quickly, we
require the following information:
– Model description
– Product number (PNC)
– Serial number (S No.) (for numbers, see rat-
ing plate)
– Type of fault
– Any error messages displayed by the appliance
So that you have the necessary reference numbers from your appliance at hand,
we recommend that you write them in here:

Standard guarantee conditions
We, Electrolux, undertake that if within 12 months of the date of the purchase this
Electrolux appliance or any part thereof is proved to be defective by reason only
of faulty workmanship or materials, we will, at our option repair or replace the
same FREE OF CHARGE for labour, materials or carriage on condition that:
• The appliance has been correctly installed and used only on the electricity supply
stated on the rating plate.
