 Before using the tool, always check the flexible supply lead and the plug. Any faults must
be repaired by an expert.
 The tool must not be used in damp and wet rooms, in the open in rain, fog, snow or in any
area in which there is a risk of explosion.
 Before connecting the tool to the electricity mains, make sure that it is switched off. Check
the position of the corresponding switch where necessary.
 Take care with long hair and fashion accessories. Always wear close-fitting, properly
fastened clothing without any loose parts when working with the tool.
 Secure the container holding the substance you wish to mix on the floor to prevent it
moving.
 Always guide the flexible supply lead to the back away from the tool. Do not exert any
strain on the flexible lead by pulling it, and make sure that it is not lying on or guided over
any sharp edges.
 Take care when working that you are standing in a safe and secure position.
 Always use the additional handle.
 Expect there to be a torque reaction.
7 ASSEMBLY
 Unpack the mixer and check that no part are missing or have been damaged during
transit.
 Attach the paddles
7.1 Attach the paddles
The paddles must be fitted to the matching couplers, otherwise the functionality of the mixer is
not guaranteed and the mixer may jam. First attach the paddle with the red marking into the
red coupler.
 Push down the chuck by hand.
 Connect the paddle into the spline shaft directly.
