chuck jaws.

8.2

Torque adjustment ring (2)

The drill has a torque adjustment ring. It allows you to select the desired torque depending
on the task you have to perform (drill / different types of screws into different materials).

(PRE)OPERATION

WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with the drill make you careless. One careless fraction
of a second is sufficient to inflict severe injury.

9.1

Charging the battery pack

The battery pack for this tool is supplied in a low charge condition to prevent possible
problems, therefore, you have to charge the battery before first use.
Note: The battery will not reach full charge after the first charge. Allow several cycles
(drilling followed by recharging) for them to become fully charged.
TO CHARGE

Charge battery pack solely with the charger provided !

Make sure that the power supply is 230 Volts AC / 50Hz.

Connect the charger to the power supply. Attach the battery pack (5) to the charger by
aligning the ribs on battery pack (5) with grooves on the charger, then slide battery
pack (5) into the charger. The red light is flickering now.
When the battery is fully charged the red light goes off and the green light goes on.
The battery pack will become slightly warm while charging. This is normal and does not
indicate a problem. A forced ventilation helps to cool down the charger.
Do not place charger in an area of extreme heat or cold. It will work best at normal room
