Removing/replacing the spacer
To replace it, place the spacer • 3 on the cutting head and press it
fi rmly.
To remove it, pull the spacer
• 3 downwards.
To protect the shaver area • 4 you should, if you are not using the ap-
pliance, remove the spacer 3 and, in replacement, fi t the protective
cap on the shaver area 4. Ensure that the elevations on the inner edge
of the protective cap do not grip into the grooves on the edge of the
shaver area 4. Otherwise, the protective cap will not hold.
Cleaning and care
Emptying the catchment container
Pull the catchment container • 5 off straight to the rear.
Empty out the textile remains. •
Replace the catchment container • 5 so that it is seated fi rmly.
