Terms of Use of Bang & Olufsen BeoConnect software requires
the accept of this End User License Agreement, which terms you
are considered to accept if you use the software.
The BeoConnect software and this Agreement does not in any
way provide you with any license or permission to use the Name,
Logo or any Trademark used or registered by Bang & Olufsen.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembling of the Freeware
or any of its content is prohibited. Renting, lending, networking,
reselling, or redistribution of the software is also prohibited.
Bang & Olufsen will not be liable for any loss, including but not
limited to, direct damage and/or loss, loss of profits, consequential
loss, personal injury and/or injury to your personal property, due
to download, use, inability to use and/or defect in the software.
Bang & Olufsen will under no circumstances be liable for the
content that may be stored using the software. Bang & Olufsen
strongly advise you not to download illegal music.
Bang & Olufsen is very concerned about your privacy and will
protect the privacy of information you provide with the end user
registration.
