DVB DATA
For service use.
IR CONTROL OUT (C1 – C4)
For IR control signals to external equipment
connected to one of the AV sockets.
DIGITAL AUDIO IN (A1 – A4)
For digital sound input from external equipment
connected to one of the AV sockets.
IR-IN
For connection of external IR receiver used in
connection with Home cinema setups, where the
screen covers the IR receiver of the television.
P1 BtB P2
Only for use in Hotel setups.
AV 3
21-pin socket for the AV connection of additional
video equip ment.
HDMI IN (A–B)
HDMI™ (High Definition Multimedia Interface)
sockets for connection of an HDMI video source
or a PC. Sources connected to these sockets can
be registered to any of the AV sockets. If an HDMI
Expander is connected, use the HDMI-B socket
Supported formats are:
VIDEO: 50 Hz: 576i, 576p, 720p and 1080i;
60 Hz: 480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i
PC: 60 Hz: 640 x 480, 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 and
1360 x 768
REAR
The two sockets are used for connecting the
external rear speakers in a surround sound setup.
FRONT
The two sockets are used for connecting the
external front speakers in a surround sound setup.
SUBWOOFER
Socket used for connecting a Bang & Olufsen
compatible subwoofer in a surround sound setup.
CINEMA CENTRE
Socket used for connecting an external centre
speaker in a Home cinema setup if, for example,
a screen covers the television speaker.
PROJECTOR
For connection of a projector in a Home cinema
setup.
AV4
VIDEO … For connection of a video signal.
R–L … Right and left line signal (for sound from
PC). To connect digital audio, use one of the
DIGITAL AUDIO IN sockets (A 1 – A 4) and set it up
in the AV4 connections menu.
Pr – Pb – Y
For connection of external equipment.
VGA
For connection of a PC for reception of analogue
graphics. Supports the following resolutions:
60 Hz; 640 x 480,800 x 600, 1024 x 768,
1360 x 768 and 1280 x 720.
