• To prevent a fire or shock hazard, do not
expose the unit to moisture.

• Handle the battery carefully. Improper
handling or disposal could lead to heat
generation, smoke, bursting, and/or fire.

and/or consequential damages of any
nature, and/or losses and/or expenses
resulting from any defective product and/
or the use of any product.
• Do not leave the unit where it will be sub-
jected to extremes of light, temperature
(such as inside a parked automobile),
moisture, and/or vibration.
• Do not use the earphones with the unit
while driving, cycling, and/or operating
any motorized vehicle. This could create a
traffic hazard and is illegal in many areas.
It could also be dangerous to play music at
a high volume while walking, especially at
pedestrian crossings.
• Avoid using the earphones with the unit at
a high volume for extended periods of
time. If you experience ringing in your
ears, reduce the volume.
• Avoid handling the unit roughly, as this
may cause playback to skip. Extended
periods of rough handling can perma-
nently damage the hard drive.
