The active configuration from any LGK-3901/DSK-3901 card can be copied into the Configurator tool at any time so
that granular edits can be made to the restart behaviour of volatile settings. The new configuration file can then be
saved back onto the LGK-3901/DSK-3901 unit and re-imported when required.
4.15.2 Exporting Configurations
The USER PRESETS > EXPORT front panel menu option causes the active configuration of the LGK-3901/DSK-
3901 to be saved as a snapshot. The name of the file is generated from the current date and time in the form:
• YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.xml
This configuration file can be re-imported later, copied onto different LGK-3901/DSK-3901 unit(s), or opened within
the Configurator tool for further editing.
4.15.3 Previous Configuration
The USER PRESETS > LAST CONFIG front panel menu option shows the name of the last configuration file that was
imported. This is really just a reminder to the user of which configuration file the active configuration was originally
based off. This value persists between system restarts providing there are no further imports.
