1. Administration
The Administration button opens an administration page that includes a navigation
pane on the left hand side that provides access to the specific administration panes
on the right hand side.
The navigation items are classified under subject headings:
• Extensions – administration items that relate to telephone users and
extensions
• Network – administration items that relate to the network and the telephone
system
• Advanced – administration items that relate to advanced functions and
customisation
• Access Control – administration items that relate to changing licenses,
passwords and which administration panes are accessible.
1.1. Extensions
The navigation items that are available under the extensions heading are as follows:
• View Extensions (no password required)
• Add Extensions
• Delete Extensions
• Phonebook (full license version only)
• Conference Info. (full license version only)
The default password settings for access to the extension administration items is:
• Username: extension
• Password: extpassword
