Tighten bottom two 3/8-16 X 1.25 bolts (046110) on Torque to 35 ft/lbs.

Remove 5/8-11 nylock nut (044053) from bottom of tower. Leave the two washers (047030) on the tower.
Unlock rear tower support lock pin on unit.
Lower tower until it is fully supported by rear tower
support and tower pivot. Remove hook from tower.
tower pivot (650111). move freely. Keep the nuts on the bolts.
Carefully lift and position tower on unit. Replace Use caution when raising and positioning tower.
3/4-10 X 6-1/2 bolt (046286) and 3/4-10 nylock nut (044058). Torque 3/4-10 nut to 85 ft/lbs then turn back 1/2 turn.
Tighten top two 3/8-16 X 1.25 bolts (046110) on the Torque to 35 ft/lbs.

Lower tower fully and engage rear tower support lock pin. Make sure area below tower is clear of obstructions and people.
Re-attach cable to winch on the unit. Reference the winch manufacturers insert for correct cabling.
Make sure cable remains on pully until cable is tight. Insure the cable is routed and attached to the winch correctly.
Raise tower fully. Make sure area above unit is clear from obstruction.
Torque nuts to 9.67 ft/lbs.
Remove the light bar cover (620537) from the Save hardware for reattaching light bar cover.
