It is important for the performance of the hearing
aid that the relief vent is never blocked. Make it a
habit to clean the relief vent every day! In rare cas-
es so much earwax can accumulate in the relief
vent that the sound of the hearing aid changes. In
that case you should see your hearing care profes-
sional.
