Removing AIKIA
Gently pull the extraction cord
with your thumb and forefin-
ger. If it is difficult to loosen
the hearing aid, it may help to
try to move the hearing aid
gently from side to side while
pulling the extraction cord of
the hearing aid. It may also
help to pull the outer ear backwards and upwards
while applying a little pressure around the ear
opening with the opposite forefinger.
