Pure class A amplification and triple separate
transformer
Pure class A amplification is employed and it ensures high signal
linearity.
Inheriting the design concept of A-80, three separated
transformers are mounted on the unit: two on the power section
of the current amplification stage for the left and right channels;
one on that of the voltage amplification stage.
WBT's speaker terminals
The speaker terminals are WBT-0710 Copper (Cu), which use a very
high purity of material from the WBT nextgen series.
BTL connection
BTL (Bridged Transformer Less) connection, using two bridge-
connected amplifiers, enables to get output, about four times as
large as that in the single use, and it is not necessary to use
transformers.
The unit can be used as a monaural amplifier by changing the
OUTPUT MODE switch on the rear panel to “BTL”, which makes a
BTL connection with the left and right channels.
2 system inputs
This A-03 is equipped with 2 input system terminals, 1 XLR and 1
RCA, which can be selected with the switch on the rear panel.
