14. LIMITED WARRANTY
Sureshotgps™ Pty Ltd (“Sureshotgps”) warrants the
GW2 device delivered in this package will be free from
material defects for one (1) year following the date of
purchase from Sureshotgps or its authorised reseller.
The accessories included in the package including USB
cable, charging station, and batteryare covered for
material defects for one (1) year. For the purpose of
this warranty, “material defect” means any defect in a
Sureshotgps product that can be reproduced by Sure-
shotgps and is a substantial nonconformity from the
