SDB Clock selection
At any time you can change the speed of an SDB clock by altering SDBCLK.

Data formatting
32-bit words are sent in two 16-bit packets with the least significant bits being sent
first.
You should refer to SDB specifications V2.0 and above for technical information [4].
The major change since version V2.0 has been to make the WEN signal active low.
This makes it easy to connect the SDB directly to many types of FIFO and video
processors. All existing boards are compatible with this firmware change without
modification.
