ASSEMBLY
DRIVE PULLEY
Remove the discharge chute from the deck. (Deck 1.
configuration will vary by size and model)
Lower deck to the lowest cutting position.

Remove the right hand (discharge side) belt cover 3.
from the deck.
Relieve the tension from the deck belt and remove

from the center deck pulley.
(See Operator’s Manual if necessary)

Drive Pulley Remove the nut that secures the right hand deck 5.

Install drive pulley included in collection system kit

Reinstall the nut on the spindle and torque to 55-

75 ft/lbs.
Reinstall the deck belt.

DECK STOP
Locate the deck stop behind the rear lift link on 1.

Set deck stop tube on the deck stop on each side.
