select ‘field 4’ again and perform password entry, continue navigating the config “list”, or exit config
mode altogether.
Panel Software Version
The last member of the “list” is a read-only parameter that displays the current “panel software
version number” in ‘field 4’. This has the format – x.nn, where x is the major revision level and nn is
the minor. The first release of this software was 1.00.
Application Notes
Power requirements for DigiLinx modules vary significantly between the DA family products and the video
processing family products. The video processing family products are defined as ‘heavy loads’ and the DA
family products are defined as ‘light loads’. Some versions of this frame require a minimum of two ‘heavy
loads’ or a DigiLinx Power Monitor module (507105-00) to ensure stable power. Any number of ‘heavy
load’ modules (up to 6) can be installed without excessive power consumption concerns.
Cooling the frame requires an air gap to the left and right of the chassis. The air gap afforded by normal
relay rack spacing should be sufficient.
