Functional process
By pressing the SLEEP button, the room temperature increases by 1 °C one hour af-
ter the function has been activated. This function can be cancelled by pressing any
button. The symbol disappears and the normal display appears.

Functional process
The TIMER button is used to program the unit to switch on or off at a later time. If
the room air-conditioner is to be switched on at a later time, press the + or – button
for approximately 2 seconds when the unit is off. If the room air-conditioner is to be
switched off at a later time, press when of these buttons when the remote control is on.
In both operating modes, 12:0H appears in the lower right-hand corner of the display.
The desired length of time can be reduced or increased in 10 minute increments by
pressing the – or + button. The change must be made within 3 seconds, otherwise the
displayed length of time is saved.
When programming the unit to switch on with the timer function, the mode, the de-
sired temperature and the fan speed of the last setting are transferred.
Once the settings have been saved, a clock appears on the display and “H” disap-
pears. The colon begins to blink and the time counts backwards. Once the time has
elapsed, the unit switches on or off automatically.
Position the remote control in such a way that communication with the air-conditioner
is assured. The next time the timer is programmed, the last programmed time is
