E11: Jump E11 pin 1 to 2 to include the +12V and –12V analog
supplies from the J1 backplane connector in the power-supply
check circuit, inhibiting outputs if these supplies fail.
Remove E11 jumper so only 5V digital supply is used in power-
supply check circuit.
