Optimal speed selection
Level 1:
Suitable for kneading dough or mixing ingredients at the fl our:water ratio = 800g: 700g
Level 2-3:
Low speed, mixing of dry ingredients and adding additional ingredients
Level 4:
Suitable for mixing liquid ingredients or for adding liquids into dry ingredients
Level 5-6:
Suitable for preparing bread dough
Level 7:
Suitable for adding additional ingredients
Level 9-10:
Medium speed; for mixing cake mixes
Level 11:
Suitable for beating butter or preparing sugar glazes
Level 12-13:
Suitable for creating a light fl uffy consistency
Level 14:
Suitable for preparing mashed potatoes
Level 15:
Suitable for beating creams, preparing whipped cream
Level 16:
High speed; suitable for beating egg whites
IMPORTANT NOTICES!
Maximum time of continuous operation is 10 minutes. The highest speed of the beater, kneading attachments
is 800 rpm.
