No response to MP3 player buttons.
- The hold switch (_ ) is on. Slide to the opposite of the arrow direction.
- Restart the player.
- Slide the hold switch to off, and press and hold G/§ for about 15 seconds
to restart the player. Unit settings will not be affected.
PC does not locate the MP3 player.
- Disconnect the USB cable and connect again firmly.
- Try other USB ports.
- Make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements.
Filenames are shown in strange characters.
- Make sure you select the correct language from the Settings  Language
menu, and the filenames are in the selected language.
FM reception is poor.
- Adjust the position of the player and the earphone.
- Nearby electric devices may produce interference. Switch them off or
charge your location.
The player cannot show some photos or does not respond in photo mode.
- Convert all photos through PD Media Converter before you transfer them to
the player.
