Configuration of serial port COM0 and COM1
Baudrate and Framing of the serial ports are configured using the DIL-Switches SW1-1
to SW1-3. COM0 is essential for operation, since the serial time string is read here.

Selection of serial timestring
DIP-Switch SW1-4 selects the type of serial time string to be used for synchronization
of the TGV510. The Uni Erlangen/NTP telegram must be selected in case of generating
a IEEE1344 timecode. ( see chapter 'Selection of generated timecode' )
