Installation Instructions/Instrucciones de Instalación
1. Prepare the subfloor by installing minimum 2” thick
wood support between the floor joists, or concrete can
also be used.
2. Place the rough-in in its position on the wood support &
mark the placement of all three screws. The bottom of
brass body needs to be a minimum of 2 1/2” below the
finished surface.
3. Remove the brass body and drill 1 1/2”pilot holes on the
marked screw locations.
3. Place the rough-in back into postion over the pilot holes
and use the levelers to make sure the rough-in is
completely level. If the rough-in is not made level during
this step, then the final assembly may not be straight.
4. Tighten the brass body into place using the provided
anchors/screws if installed on concrete, or use wood
screws for wood subfloor applications.

5. Apply teflon tape to the 1/2”NPT threaded hot & cold
supply lines and then thread into base.
6. Ensure the plug is still tightly installed onto the top of the
brass body and turn on the water supply. Check for
leaks and repair if necessary.
7. Turn water supply off.
