NOTE:
 The discharging current is always set to be half of the charging current whose upper limit
is 1000 mA (see Table 2). Therefore the user is recommended to carefully select the
discharging current so that the charging current afterward will not be too high.
 Hold the MODE key for about 1 second to activate the mode change. Press and release
the MODE key to select the ―Charge‖, ―Discharge‖, ―Test‖ and ―Refresh‖ mode.
